Regulatory Information

I am a sole practitioner regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in the UK (SRA number 8014472). You can verify my details on the solicitors register here. I maintain professional indemnity insurance that meets the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s requirements for adequate and appropriate cover in respect of my legal services in the UK.

I am also an Advocate in India regulated by the Bar Council of India, and enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. My enrolment number is MS 2496/2018.

Complaints

I am committed to providing a high standard of legal service and to dealing with clients’ concerns openly and constructively. If at any point you are unhappy with the service you receive, I encourage you to raise this as early as possible. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through discussion and clarification. Complaints should be made in writing and will be acknowledged promptly. I will review these complaints carefully and fairly, and I will do my best to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe, keeping you informed throughout.

If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, you have the right to refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman in the UK or the Bar Council of India. Further information about the complaints procedure is available on request.
